@FSoaS_ @Thewhat89 Consider this: I love gambling It isn't a good weapon but it's a weapon the rewards a good spy who is playing against bad players, i.e. it is good at pub stomping. So it is objectively not that good but it is also extremely obnoxious to play against

Since August I've been documenting every time I see a hale's own strange kunai in TF2 (8,500 kills). This does not count non-strange or non hale's own kunais, and there are no doubles in the folder. I'm currently at 272. Am I allowed to find this weapon annoying yet.

@yoemsri @user0922000 First of all no not really. Second of all it only really competed with painting to capture reality i.e. realism. Realism still leaves, and art evolved in more unreal ways. Third of all, AI does not capture reality like a camera does, it conglomerates all human art; no replacement

i don't think i'll ever agree with the "its inevitable just accept it"stance on ai. it's killing our planet. it's poisoning water. it's raising electricity bills for people who don't even use it. it's proven that people are getting less smart because of their reliance on it. it's actually quite avoidable and easy to not use. furthermore it steals and profits from actual people's hard word. hearing an ARTIST advocate that people should just roll over and accept ai is really disheartening.

@SophiaNarwitz Porn consumption doesn't necessarily give you a false impression of sex, though it can create false expectations, maybe mis-estimate ones' own ability in bed. Horror won't make you more likely to survive in such situations, but it may help compound ideas of protagonist plot armor

@SophiaNarwitz Fiction DOES effect reality. But it doesn't effect reality in any obvious or predictable way. Perhaps for some people violence makes them violent. For most people it doesn't. For most people it just desensitizes them to it, at the least.

My health is better in my 30s than it was in my 20s despite changing none of my habits except wearing a 😷. And by “better,” I mean improvements like half the migraine days, no more migraines bad enough to go to urgent care, no more allergy attacks, easier mood regulation, etc.

😷 wearing is one of those things where you don’t notice much difference in your health on a day-to-day basis; but after a couple years go by, you look back and compare how you felt pre-😷 vs. with regular 😷 wearing, and realize you’re doing way better in numerous ways
