@virginmedia sort broadband out in S63 please. For last 2 days it’s been off and on. Currently I’m getting 60mbs when we pay for top package. I’ve done all the usual troubleshooting. This morning you text me 5 times to say you’ve fixed it. So why am I watching a blank tv?

@virginmedia new kit arrived today except they have sent the streaming box not the recoding box asked for and told we’d be charged for. Installing it anyway for now as it’s arrived 2 days later than it was originally meant to and we want our internet and tv. Poor customer svc.

Having to disconnect my contract too many times from cooling off stage, your equipment returned same day yet you want the equipment, you still trying to charge for a cancelled contract, only going to offer to wipe the bill and give £25 for all the hassle from VM!
