I seriously need some help here. My neighbor just put up this massive metal fence right along our property line and I’m honestly pretty upset about it. This is why we stopped using the scale as a primary metric with clients years ago. Circumference measurements, progress photos, and strength numbers tell the real story. I've had clients lose zero pounds over 8 weeks while dropping two waist sizes because they were gaining muscle at the same rate they lost fat. The scale would have told them nothing was working.
