But I'm here to tell you it's not just an analogy, it's a nearly direct 1-to-1 repeat. Vietnam was, just as Iran is, a thoroughly jewish enterprise. MAJOR ESSAY. You probably think the Vietnam War was a Cold War struggle against communism, right? Wrong. Vietnam was actually a meticulously engineered jewish enterprise designed primarily to advance israeli strategic interests and jewish global imperialism. Just like this war in Iran, the Ukraine War, and the War on Terror. Vietnam can be thought of as a "neocon" driven war before we had the term "neocon." Walt Rostow, a Russian jew serving as National Security Advisor to JFK & LBJ, acted as the war’s chief promoter & architect, pushing for escalation—while his brother Eugene, the Undersecretary of State & a ruthlessly hardcore zionist, became its foremost legal defender. Walt was so powerful, he came to be known as "America's Rasputin." Later, his duties would pass on to the jew Henry Kissinger. Finally, it was Ambassador Arthur Goldberg's job to defended US intervention publicly at the United Nations. Just like the War on Terror, the Ukraine War, and now the Iran war, it was jews who were the major point people for Vietnam. The Vietnam war’s true purposes included distracting the United States & Soviet Union from Middle East developments (the Soviet Union was aligned with the Arab nations), and diverting the main kinetic theater of the Cold War far far away to Southeast Asia—allowing israel unchecked room to operate in the Middle East, and massively expanding the American military-industrial complex's (MIC) capacity to supply israel with the arms, intelligence, and logistics needed to gain the upper hand over its enemies—first in the 1967 Six-Day War, and especially later in the 1973 Yom Kippur War. And then on an ongoing basis. Without this deliberate buildup to the US MIC, israel might not have prevailed in 1967 and probably would not have survived the 1973 war. "Operation Nicklegrass," launched by Nixon under nuclear blackmail by Golda Meir, was the largest military aid operation in the history of mankind. And it was ONLY POSSIBLE due to the massive MIC buildup driven by Vietnam. Many people have observed & been frustrated that the Vietnam War was intentionally “not fought to be won,” and was purposely kept grinding on pointlessly. Except it wasn't pointless. Dubious Clemency for a Deceased Child-Killing Rapist and Pedophile: The 1986 Leo Frank Posthumous Pardon Affair is a Long-Standing American Injustice 2026 Reflections at the Eve of this Fortieth Anniversary of a Grave Miscarriage of Justice for Phagan Family Members Then and Now By Mary Phagan-Kean | March 10th, 2026 On October 13, 1982, in Marietta, Georgia, the Phagan family received a vexing phone call from State Board of Pardons and Paroles member Michael Wing, informing us that the Board had received a formal application seeking a posthumous pardon for Leo Frank, one that would potentially nullify his August 25, 1913, homicide conviction.¹ It was a somber day. The jangle of that rotary phone sent shockwaves through my family. For generations since 1913, Leo Frank's advocates had published agitprop books either directly about the case or unrelated books mentioning the case in ways favorable to the convicted strangler. Theirs was a multi-lifetime, ethnoreligious rehabilitation movement that had also been peppering regional and national newspapers from time to time with pro-Frank propaganda over the decades. Their agenda was crystal clear: to build a multigenerational house of cards and vindicate Leo Frank in the court of public opinion, all in preparation to one day try to get him officially exonerated. By then, enough time had passed that the case had all but faded from living memory, so they made their move. The Letter Dropped Then a letter dated January 9, 1983, was received from the Board stating, "This past fall the Board received a formal written application for a pardon, and in fact, was requested to do so by Resolution of the Georgia Senate on March 26, 1982."² The Board formally docketed the application it had received in October of 1982 on January 4, 1983. The Board's official decision document, signed by Chairman Mobley Howell, states: "On January 4, 1983, this Board received an application from the Anti-Defamation League of B'nai B'rith, the American Jewish Committee, and the Atlanta Jewish Federation, Inc."³ This time discrepancy likely reflects a bureaucratic distinction between the initial submission of the application in October 1982 and the Board's formal acceptance or docketing of the completed application on January 4, 1983. After much deliberation the Board rejected the application on December 22, 1983.⁴ These powerful Jewish pressure groups however refused to give up, if they couldn't get a full pardon with exoneration, they would circle back more aggressively requesting a partial-pardon, one without absolving him of the heinous crime. On May 15, 1983, while the application was still under a second review, retired Court of Appeals Judge Randall Evans Jr. published a statement in the Augusta Chronicle-Herald in which he called the proposed posthumous pardon of Frank "completely ridiculous" because a dead man cannot be pardoned. Evans also stated that the evidence of Frank's guilt "was overwhelming" and described the commutation of Frank's sentence as "the rape of the judicial process" by Governor Slaton.⁵ (The actual article from the Chronicle-Herald cannot now be accessed now, but it was commented on and quoted from at the time, including in the pages of the 1987 first edition of book: The Murder of Little Mary Phagan by Mary Phagan-Kean.)⁶ The online version of the original article has been purged down Orwell's memory-hole furnace. One week following the posthumous partial pardon of Leo Frank on March 11, 1986, Judge Evans reiterated his position in a letter dated March 18, 1986, written on Court of Appeals of the State of Georgia letterhead to the Honorable Joe Boone of Toomsboro, Georgia. In the letter, Evans wrote that he was "not surprised at the Leo Frank pardon," that "a pardon to a dead man has no value whatever and is as illegal as anything ever could be," and that "a pardon must be applied for by the individual and it is personal," comparing it to a divorce, which also cannot be granted after death.⁷ A Pardon Requires a Living Recipient Judge Evans's objection was not merely his personal opinion. It rested on a foundational principle of American clemency law: a pardon is a personal act that requires delivery to, and acceptance by, a living individual. In the 1833 case United States v. Wilson, Chief Justice John Marshall established that a pardon is a private act of grace, and that delivery is not complete without acceptance. The case arose when George Wilson, convicted of robbing the U.S. mail and sentenced to death, was pardoned by President Andrew Jackson. Wilson refused the pardon. The Supreme Court held that a pardon may be rejected by the person to whom it is tendered, and that the court has no power to force it upon him (see: Congress.gov and LOC.gov). The principle was reaffirmed in 1915 in Burdick v. United States. George Burdick, a city editor at the New York Tribune, was issued a blanket pardon by President Woodrow Wilson in an attempt to compel his testimony before a grand jury. Burdick refused to accept the pardon because he believed acceptance carried an implicit admission of guilt. The Supreme Court concluded that it was Burdick's right to refuse it and to continue asserting his Fifth Amendment privilege against self-incrimination (See Wikipedia or hopefully Grokipedia soon). These cases establish a clear legal framework: a pardon is a deed, a personal grant, that requires a living person capable of accepting or rejecting it. A dead man can do neither. A deceased person cannot accept the conditions of a pardon, reject its terms, or exercise any of the rights it purports to restore. The posthumous pardon of Leo Frank in 1986 sidestepped this foundational requirement entirely, which is precisely the objection Judge Evans raised both before and after the pardon was issued.
