@GodAmericaTexas @Readyandwill @JoeCutrufo @TSA @SouthwestAir @lyft Just flew out of LAX and DFW in the last 3 days. TSA there was the fastest I’ve seen it, roughly 3 minutes at DFW, and 5 mins at LAX. Airport was packed but TSA was moving along just fine.

@Readyandwill @JoeCutrufo @TSA @SouthwestAir @lyft Other airports aren’t fine. It’s all a function of how long the staff is willing to come in without being paid in a timely manner for their work.

Here’s the @TSA situation in Houston: I arrived at Intercontinental at 11AM today for a 2:45PM flight. The security line was an estimated 4 hours — there’s no precheck — so I booked a @SouthwestAir flight, took a @lyft to Hobby, and got through security in less than 5 minutes.

@SSBN611Sailor @gotrice2024 They absolutely do this when they are behind schedule. sometimes the intent is not even nefarious. In every job, you make assumptions about situations. In this case, delivery drivers make an assumption you’re not home by the lack of a car in the driveway so they skip it.

@gotrice2024 I wonder how much they paid the delivery people to act out this obviously fake delivery story. Because why in the world would delivery people want to take a product back and then have to explain why it wasn't delivered. This story is over the top fake.

You bought a new washing machine from Lowe’s, you even took off work so that you could be home for the delivery because your washing machine isn’t working right. After an hour after the delivery window ended, you call them and see why they didn’t come yet. They tell you they did come and that you didn’t answer the door so they left a note on the door. You go out and sure enough, there’s a note. You check your camera and see this. At this point would you even bother with the delivery again or would you just cancel and go buy from another store that values their customers more?

You can track when remote workers are in certain files and software so they quite literally cannot bill you for time not spent working.

One employee asked if she could stay fully remote. She said she’s more productive at home and has to care for her parents. I told her "Absolutely." We’re flexible and parents health comes first. She can stay remote, but we requested her to still come in once a month to “stay connected to the culture.” She smiled with relief and agreed immediately. She booked her train for the next three months in advance. What she doesn’t know is that our layoff spreadsheet has a column called “Office Presence.” Anyone with fewer than four badge swipes a month gets auto-colored yellow. Let's just say that my 2026 Q2 "workforce reshaping program" is on track.

Likely the insurance policy, safety protocols, and permits for the perimeter of the building were paid for by Netflix. Not saying Alex still didn’t deserve more, just adding some costs that may not be reflected in deal size.

.@AlexHonnold needs to fire his agent. There are terrible comedy specials that command more $ from @netflix than what he was paid to risk his life during an epic live event way more people watched. He's a good dude who insulates himself from $ talk, but he's still deserving.
