Muhammad Ali called for black personal accountability and moral reform in America “Let's quit worrying white people, plaguing white people's neighborhood, forcing ourselves on white people, and we don't clean up and do for ourselves. The slum is not in the neighborhood. The slum is not in the ghetto. The slum is in the people. The people make the slum. And the condition our people are in now, if you gave them a $93 million project, they'll make a slum out of it in 24 hours” “Then you can take a nation of people who are intelligent and they can make a slum a paradise” This is a real quote from Muhammad Ali is authentic and comes from a 1967 interview He also urged black people to stop relying on external aid and take accountability for sustaining their own lives This too me is the most important thing Ali preached Ali argued that true improvement starts with internal transformation such as mindset, behavior, family structure, education, and community standards rather than just pouring money into housing projects or blaming external conditions This is just as true today as it was back then. Nothings changed

The world’s largest military budget has produced an industrial base that cannot sustain a serious war. How is that possible? Because the system is not designed to produce military capability. It is designed to produce contracts. The five largest defense contractors employ roughly a thousand lobbyists in Washington. They distribute their suppliers across forty-five states deliberately, so no senator can ever vote to cancel a program without firing his own constituents. And here we are. The current leadership will keep fiddling on this as they see our apathy as permission.

The Supreme Court has ruled that under UK law, trans people never had the rights people like you insisted they had. You misrepresented the law and cheered on the removal of women’s rights. Trans people have lost nothing except the mistaken belief you fostered.

Today my heart is with our trans community, treated so abysmally in this country. Draft guidance means trans people are barred from services they could previously access & inclusive service providers will be at legal risk. Green Party statement: greenparty.org.uk/2026/05/22/sia…

In terms of our obligation to cultivate the sacrifices made by our soldiers over the year, Coolidge's words ring so true today. "Reverence for the dead should not be divorced from respect for the living. If we hold those who have gone before in high estimation, it will reflected in our conduct toward those who are still with us. It would be idle to place a wreath on the grave of the dead and leave ungarlanded the brow of the living. Our devotion to the memory of those who have served their country in the past is but a symbol of our devotion to those who are serving their country at present."

As I have tried to persuade people before, not wanting your country to be taken over by a mediaeval woman-hating religion is not a 'far right' position More like self preservation And certainly not 'Islamophobia', a word that deliberately suggests that any criticism of Islam is irrational

@ah_01s @TulsiGabbard @SharrellAnne2 Tulsi Gabbard is a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Army, serving since 2003 in the National Guard and Army Reserve. In her year in active combat in Iraq she was awarded a combat medal for medical service, so she has seen first hand the sacrifices military families make.

@TulsiGabbard @SharrellAnne2 How convenient to turn a deeply personal family loss into a public relations stunt. It’s amazing how politicians and public figures only seem to 'see' the sacrifice of military families when there is a camera rolling and an audience watching.

This is probably a long shot, but if anybody happens to be in DC this weekend and plans on visiting Arlington, I would love to see a fresh photo of my husband’s grave in Section 60. SSG Alan W. Shaw Section 60, Grave 8451 B Co 1/12 Cav, 1st Cavalry Division November 10, 1975 - February 9, 2007 There’s just something about knowing people still stop by, still say his name, still remember. 🇺🇸⭐🇺🇸

Not a film, but somehow Hulu thought the words of Phyllis Schlafly would sound crazy and villainous when juxtaposed against fictional Gloria Steinem living alone with her cat reminiscing about her abortion. Mrs. America is a solid redpill.

It’s fine and well to say ‘we want the best/brightest’ to come to the US. But this should never come at the expense of Americans. And it’s obscene to bring in ‘talent’ while we don’t even try to find our own smart people by eliminating advanced programs in public schools.

Marco Rubio is in India right now addressing what some are calling rising anti-Indian sentiment in America. He chalked it up to "stupid people" in every country. But Americans aren't struggling with individuals. We're struggling with the scale and the pattern. We used to bring in immigrants who came here to become American. They learned the language, adopted the norms, and built trust in a high-trust society. Mass H1B inflows from India changed that. Entire tech teams replaced overnight. Companies openly preferring foreign labor that works cheaper and sends money home. Neighborhoods shifting fast. School calendars and workplace rules quietly bending to accommodate one group's cultural demands while our own get treated as optional. It's not hate to notice when your own culture is told to step aside so another can take priority. When trust erodes because parallel communities form instead of assimilation. When American kids watch their future opportunities outsourced while being lectured about tolerance. High-trust societies require shared norms. When one group arrives in large enough numbers without adopting them, the whole system strains. This isn't about skin color no matter how hard they try because we have been able to assimilate with most countries. It's about culture and numbers. Americans have watched this play out in real time in their workplaces, schools, and neighborhoods. Calling legitimate friction "racism" doesn't make the underlying issues disappear. It just pushes people to notice harder.

No. The point of libraries is to collect and preserve books and make them accessible to the public. They should be serene, silent, and you should be able to find Great Expectations on a shelf. Too many librarians are loud, entitled libs who are more concerned with politics than anything to do with cultural preservation. This is why libraries which used to be sanctuaries for mothers and their children, for a studious high school student, have instead become the domain of homeless and drug addicts and if you want Dickens you have to wait two weeks to have it shipped from three states away.

@EvanAKilgore Yes. But for those who accept a dispensational interpretation: the restoration of Biblical Israel is a miraculous event of the Second Coming, not the secular event of 1948. Zionism does not logically follow from dispensationalism.

Dear Christian Zionists, 1.) Modern Israel is not the same as covenantal Israel. 2.) “They are not all Israel, which are of Israel." 3.) In Christ, there is neither Jew nor Gentile when it comes to salvation. 4.) Faith, not ethnicity, makes someone a child of Abraham. Ben Shapiro is not a child of Abraham. 5.) The Kingdom of God is spiritual, not centered on earthly territory. 6.) The New Testament never gives modern ethnic Jews exclusive divine rights to land. 7.) If covenant inheritance of land belongs to anyone, it belongs to all who are in Christ, not ethnic Jews. Read Romans, Galatians, and Ephesians carefully. God bless.

Lindsey Graham, Ben Shapiro, and Mark Levin’s preferred foreign policy left Iran stronger, with control over the Strait of Hormuz, so to save face, they want even more killing. The Strait was open before the war, and all the Trump admin had to do to avoid this result was listen to Tucker Carlson, Charlie Kirk, MTG, and Thomas Massie instead of the Never Trumpers. You can’t make it up.

Trump sacrificed his movement and pushed awaythe most loyal wing of his coalition that stood by him for a decade for the neocon warmongers who are about to turn on him en masse. Maybe it’s time to admit his political instincts aren't that of a “genius.”
