The Islamic Ethic and the Spirit of Parasitism Many Muslim countries today are rich due to an accident of geology: the discovery of oil. But before the world ran on internal combustion engines, what made the great Islamic societies wealthy and powerful? The answer is darker than the black gold that enriches many of them now. The Qur’an commands Muslims to fight even the “people of the book” (that is, Jews, Christians, and a few other groups): “Fight against those who do not believe in Allah or the last day, and do not forbid what Allah and his messenger have forbidden, and do not follow the religion of truth, even if they are among the people of the book, until they pay the jizya [a head tax] with willing submission and feel themselves subdued.” (Qur’an 9:29) The subjugated people were known as dhimmis, protected people, in the Mafia sense of paying protection. Muhammad’s second successor as spiritual, political and military leader of the Muslim community, Umar ibn al-Khattab, told the Muslims to be sure to collect the jizya, for the Muslims depended upon it: “I advise you to fulfill Allah’s Convention (made with the Dhimmis) as it is the convention of your Prophet and the source of the livelihood of your dependents (i.e. the taxes from the Dhimmis.)” This advice has been heeded throughout Islamic history. Islam teaches no work ethic, as The Tragedy of Islam: Failure and Excuses explains in detail. It was characteristic not only of Arabs but of Muslims in general to find manual labor distasteful, and even to consider work to be a curse, something that slaves and non-Muslims ought to do, but that the Muslims, “the best of peoples” (Qur’an 3:110) should try to avoid. The ideal Islamic state thus has Muslims living on the backs of non-Muslims, while discriminating against the non-Muslims so severely that the host cannot indefinitely continue to support the parasite. And so Islamic states inevitably go into decline and have to wage more jihad to find more non-Muslims to support them. This can be seen clearly in the rise and decline of one of the most successful Islamic states in history, the Ottoman Empire. The last Islamic caliphate, the Ottoman Empire was once the world’s most fearsome power — but it depended upon the jizya. By the middle of the sixteenth century, when the Ottoman Empire was at its height and was striking terror in the hearts of Christians all over Europe, the tax on Jews and Christians was its largest revenue source.

THIS IS HOW THE STATE CONTROLS YOU. AN EXAMPLE. In the world’s highest taxed country - Denmark - we pay up to half of our salary to the state. Both laws were passed under Social Democrat governments. Parental leave - 2022. On March 3rd, 2022, the Danish Parliament passed a new parental leave law. The background was an EU directive. From August 2nd, 2022, 11 weeks of parental leave are earmarked for the mother - and 11 weeks for the father. They cannot be transferred. If the father doesn’t use his weeks - the family loses them. I spoke yesterday with a young woman in our building. She had one week of her maternity leave left. She was still breastfeeding. She could barely comprehend that it was over. That next week she would have to return to work - hand her breastfeeding baby to her husband - because the state had decided that was what was right for her family. Not because she wanted to. Not because her child was ready. Not because her body was done. But because the state said so. Conscription - 2025. On July 1st, 2025, yet another law came into effect. From now on, women are subject to full conscription on the same terms as men. The justification? Equality. Because we all know that men and women are completely biologically and physically identical. Built for exactly the same things. 🤡 So if you have a daughter - she can look forward to, when she turns 18 - being called up for Armed Forces Day. Drawing a lottery number. And potentially serving 11 months of military service. And risking being sent to war. Not because she chose it. But because the state decided it. And now comes the argument I often hear. Yes, but when the state pays you - it can also decide. Can it? We live in the world’s highest taxed country. We pay up to 50% of our income in tax. Our entire lives. These are not the state’s money it gives us. These are our own money we get back - in a form the state has decided is appropriate. The right answer is not to accept control as the price for the money. The right answer is to lower taxes - and give families the freedom and the money to decide over their own lives. Freedom is not a privilege the state grants you. It is something you are born with. And which the state slowly - gradually - decision by decision - law by law - takes from you. ❤️‍🔥✝️🪽

Disguised in Israeli army uniforms, they infiltrated from Lebanon and began their rampage in the immigrant town of Ma’alot. - They burst into the home of Fortuna and Yosef Cohen and murdered the entire family: the parents, their 4-year-old son Eliahu, and left their 5-year-old daughter Miriam wounded. Fortuna was seven months pregnant. - They shot a sanitation worker after asking him for directions to the school. - Then they stormed the Netiv Meir Elementary School, where 115 teenagers (mostly 15–16 years old from Safed) were sleeping after a field trip. The terrorists took the children hostage, wired the building with explosives, and demanded the release of 23 imprisoned terrorists. For over 12 hours the kids huddled on the floor in terror as the terrorists screamed threats and prepared to execute them.
