.@orvan. I doubt very much whether Ukraine can or will join NATO(certainly not while this war is still on). NATO expansion was originally about pleasing various anti-Russian US voting lobbies and responding to defence industry lobbying. Then it changed.

@ClarkeMicah @Orvan NATO expansion was about defending smaller states from a Putin-led Russia that wants control over them. Those countries decided to be part of NATO. It's called self-determination. A concept you evidently don't have much time for.
