@rashi_kakkar HAHAHAHA amazing.
I always ask Siri to open ChatGPT :P
English

My preschooler knows Siri because it randomly gets activated on my Apple Watch.
The other day, I pressed the microphone button in the Tesla to change the music. Grok replied.
“What’s that?” she asked.
“Grok … umm kind of like Siri’s cousin,” I said.
She thought for a second and replied:
“Well, let’s hope this cousin is smarter than Siri, because Siri is not very bright.”

@Daily_Journaler What if you procrastinate on picking up that notebook... catch-22.
English

How to cure procrastination in 5 minutes with a notebook:
1. Pick one small goal for the day.
2. Write down one obstacle that's in your way.
3. Write one micro task that removes that obstacle.
4. Pick one small step that moves you toward your goal.
5. Then do it.
This is how your journal goes from diary to tactical map to get out of your own way.

@HLPClips Well that explains the crazy dreams I'm having and I like it. I need to up my theanine lol, I wanna see a movie tonight.

Best supplements to fall asleep faster and stay asleep:
– Magnesium threonate or magnesium bisglycinate shortens the time it takes to fall asleep and leads to deeper sleep. Both cross the blood-brain barrier and are also thought to support cognitive health and neuroprotection.
– Apigenin, derived from chamomile, reduces anxiety and rumination before bed, making it easier to switch off thinking and fall asleep.
– Myoinositol is the supplement to reach for if you fall asleep fine but wake up in the middle of the night. It shortens the time it takes to fall back asleep.
– Theanine helps many people fall asleep but can cause excessively vivid dreams, which may jolt you awake. Avoid it if you are a middle-of-the-night waker.

@0xQuasark This is golden.
When you go to a therapist you don't have to write:
"don't believe everything you hear" on your right hand
and "I love you on your left"... and the time when you entered the session:P

@Daily_Journaler @Olivia0945 It's what separates us from animals. The ability to pause, think and choose our action, versus live in reaction from conditioning or instinct.
English

@Olivia0945 Learning to pause is a darn superpower. Not always easy to do but you can train yourself a little every day.

@Evinst3in Hello. It's me. Back on X.
And good to see you're still funny.
English

@thedaywarrior Your pen is your word is your sword.
It cuts the fog of war of the mind into clarity.
English

@Olivia0945 We need to tattoo this on our left (or right) retina.

@AdrianLSanders "You are whatever you say you are." - Eminem??
English

@Inner_PeaceVibe And then discipline (or a system) reminds you stop, and get some fkn sleep so you don't burn out from that obsessions:))
English

@AdrianLSanders HAHAHA, I now need 3 sessions to finish a movie.
Mostly bc I'd rather go to sleep early.
English

@OviAlexPalivan Read. Sleep. Eat. Workout. Walk. Listen to something educational.
But these days watching a movie or playing a game without scrolling shows more attention span lol.
English

@OviAlexPalivan High performance is not just about pushing harder. Recovery, rest, and mental maintenance are part of sustaining excellence long term.

@ricardo_tosatto Move and live with purpose and passion:))
