El sistema de copyright en Youtube no tiene sentido.
Me acaban de meter un strike por una imagen que sale 5 segundos en un video de hace 6 años (uso totalmente justo y transformativo). La persona me dice que hay mas materiales de el y que me va a meter mas strikes y que puedo perder el canal (es mentira, no hay nada). Me pide $500 dolares para eliminar el strike.
¿Como es posible que cualquiera pueda extorsionarte de esta manera @TeamYouTube? ¿O estoy obligado a pagarle para resguardar mi canal?

After my channel was demonetized yesterday I’ve seen tons of posts of similar stories. YouTube is going crazy right now, watch out!

YouTube is mass DELETING animation channels. @TeamYouTube Over the past few days, I’ve seen dozens of posts from animators whose channels were suddenly removed. The reason is almost always the same: “spam, fraud, and deception policies” But these are normal animation channels. Original content. Made manually. Animations, characters, editing - all created by the authors. No spam. No scams. No deceptive practices. Channels just disappear. Appeals are either denied, or something even stranger happens: there are already multiple cases where a channel gets restored after an appeal - and then gets removed again shortly after. So a human approves the appeal… and then an AI deletes the channel AGAIN. Support response in these cases: “the decision is final” This no longer looks like isolated mistakes. 2 days ago you terminated without warning my YT channel, the reason being given is “content that sexualize minors”, I think this is was a mistake.
The termination and the reject of my apply where made by the automatic system.
