Fuming, arrived in #newyork last night staying at the @vocohotels times square. But guess what, @British_Airways Hasn't paid for my room so I've had to pay. Absolutely poor customer service, spoke to staff on chat who said I had to call, but I can't as I have only data abroad!!

@British_Airways The number is a normal number to dial. I can't call as I only have data and your department are not up with the times and use Whatsapp

Another excellent example of a trainee Police dog TPD Vecna in the early stages of tracking showing enthusiasm, enjoyment and not a care in the world. No looking at Dad for support. The accuracy will come later & so will the drive once a toy is introduced. Well done Phil 👏

I'm sat on the Dublin to newquay flight as I type. The crew are lovely however when making announcements please let people understand them with a strong Italian accent you need to slow down @Ryanair

TPD Vecna missed his training day in the woods on Tuesday so he went there with dad Phil the next day to catch up with the training that they had missed.

@virginmedia @birdiegotweet84 @virginmedia are way behind other streaming services for content and more importantly customer service. I have. A complaint currently and they reply saying here is the resolution and then there is nothing written to explain the resolution. I will definitely be moving ASAP.

@birdiegotweet84 Hi HM, HBO Max is not included in any Virgin Media package. However, Virgin Media customers can access HBO Max through the Stream box or Virgin TV 360 by subscribing to the app separately. We hope this information helps 😄

The No 1 attribute for a Police dog is good temperament. Here it is. TPD Lando was flying through his Initial course when a spinal condition halted his progress. After numerous hydro & laser sessions he is now fit to recommence his training with his handler Rachael.

TPD Vecna’s ears are definitely not droopy anymore

Really impressed with TPD Vecna and TPD Xanto who have only been with Phil and Chris for a few weeks. They were imported by Vonkeble dog training from Czech Republic at 16 weeks. Here the boys are working on their down stay.
