@HuffPost Why did Democrats vote for the subsidies to expire at the end of last year and why is Obamacare unaffordable without massive subsidies?

@WilliamShatner Yes the Tesla Robotaxi is supposed to be able to charge using induction. Obviously important for a vehicle that is designed to be autonomous.

If they built highways with magnetic strips in the concrete that allowed you to charge on the go; that would be a game changer. Aren’t the new taxis able to charge magnetically‽

@BillyM2k You misunderstood their argument. The left says illegals don't vote so Voter ID isn't needed and that some citizens don't have a photo ID so therefore they'll be disenfranchised. I disagree with that argument. Photo ID isn't hard obtain. Basic photo ID should be free however!

i don’t understand why the left is against voter id while simultaneously saying how it won’t make a difference because people aren’t illegally voting so then pass the law? if the results are the same and it makes no difference, it takes away the talking point

@RyanMaue @weathertrader It hit 80° in Mammoth Lakes California at 8,500 feet. Obviously that's extremely unusual. But the snow is still really fun and there's great coverage on most of the mountain. Pics from today:

Every time someone says “credit stress” on this site it immediately turns into “systemic crisis.” Sometimes it’s just… credit stress. After 170 volumes, The Week Ahead is finished. Volume 1 of Between The Lines is live. lordfed.co.uk/p/hedge-first-…

@NavyStrang Do you know that @CaHSRA projects a $100 million annual operating deficit for the initial operating segment between Merced and Bakersfield? And that's based on optimistic ridership projections! This project is unaffordable.

Well, if yesterday's map was ridiculous, I'm running out of superlatives to characterize today's. Countless locations from Pacific Coast to Great Plains are currently experiencing all-time record March warmth, w/ some locations approaching/exceeding April (or even May) records.

The Daylight Saving shift doesn't just cost you one hour. It shifts your cortisol peak, delays melatonin onset, and compresses REM — the stage most responsible for emotional regulation and memory consolidation. That's why you feel off and tired for days. most people treat it like jet lag. the mechanisms are actually closer to a metabolic disruption, and they compound. Here’s why, and how to act: (see the comments)
