Flew Etihad airways from JFK-MUM. JFK sucks, not lounge, no food after 800 pm @etihad gives voucher but there is no way you can use it as no hot food on T4 JFK.

@etihad sorry, but do not have time to fill your elaborate forms. My PNR no. is 2YK3MP and I and my wife travelled on 31st August 2023 by EY 100 in business class. my email id is pareshkd@gmail.com. as I said, there was no food available at NY airport and your vouchers are useless.

@etihad traveling on Ey100 jfk-abudhabi. You give $50 voucher but there is no food that we can buy with that as all hot foods on JFK are closed after 8 PM is completely ridiculous and you should definitely partner with other lounges so we have an access very unhappy.
