Top 10 Accomplishments I am most proud of by age 32 in order:
1. Accepting Jesus Christ as my Lord & Savior
2. Finding the best wife at age 23 and getting married by 25.
3. Having children & being a dad
4. Quitting my 9-5 to start a house painting business to help my dad overcome addiction (He overcame it)
5. Growing Premium Painting with employees to $1.5M YoY, and using that to pivot into SaaS.
6. Starting @dripjobs before AI, investing pretty much all of my life savings to get it off of the ground. Scaled to 2500 businesses using it
7. Providing jobs for over 150 people in the last 10 years.
8. Building @routemize to finish with cofounders - actually building (with AI's help) instead of coaching from the sidelines has been incredibly rewarding for me
9. Recording over 400 podcast episodes, and staying consistent for the last 6 years to build my audience, having done over 350 free coaching sessions with aspiring and current business owners
10. Mentoring a carpenter's helper into our GM at Premium Painting, who now runs the company in under 4 years (He did the heavy lifting, I just moved out of the way)
11. (Bonus) - Writing a book to help business owners build kingdom businesses, called the 31 Days of Value. It's a 31-Day business devotional for home service business owners.
I'm sure there's more, but these come to mind when I think about it! I'm blessed!

I'm excited to announce that I've accepted a position with the @WSOP as their U.S. WSOP Circuit Manager.
I'm proud that they've shown a clear commitment to investing in growing the game and improving the player experience at all levels, including the Circuit. Along with the talented team in place, I'll be involved in all things related to the tour: Scheduling, structures, new locations, player experience, and more.
An important aspect for me is being a voice and an ear for the players. I'll continue to play on the tour regularly, bring my vlog to venues across the country, and embrace players and operators reaching out to me for anything.
I'm thrilled they brought in @jeffplatt as well, and look forward to growing the game alongside him and the rest of the WSOP team.
My new life will be heavily focused on the Circuit. That has a nice RING to it. 🔥

Just got in AK vs AQ sb vs bb 3 handed in @TVPokerRoom @WSOP Circuit Main Event for a 26 mil chip pot out of 30 mil total chips and the guy just rivers the Q like a champ. Some people just live in their own fuckin universe I guess. FML

Before entering the event Roger asked me for the odds of him making the six max final table. He laughed out loud and told me I was crazy when I said 70% if you filter out any coolers.
He told me the best player in the field had less than a 15% chance. But here we are.
