On the sidelines of the @UNHABITAT ExBoard session Amb. @KSzczerski met with @ZainabHawa, Director-General of the United Nations Office at Nairobi. Discussions centered around most pressing issues of the UN, including the UN80 initiative and how it will affect the UN in Nairobi.

UN-Habitat started the first session of 2026 of its Executive Board, with Ambassador @KSzczerski in attendance. The program includes a dialogue with co-facilitators of the political declaration of New Urban Agenda midterm review, with 🇵🇱 representing both.

H.E. Krzysztof Szczerski, Permanent Representative of Poland to the United Nations in New York, paid a courtesy call on UNON Director-General @ZainabHawa during his visit to Nairobi to attend the UN-Habitat Executive Board. They discussed ongoing United Nations reform efforts aimed at strengthening coordination, efficiency and system-wide impact, in the context of #UN80.
