@northernassist Solution...get more carriages, more staff then you have capacity to cope. You run the service with minimal (if any) spare capacity, and it's customers who suffer. Your daily excuses are a joke

Large number of police this evening near the Liverpool church which hosts an immigration advice centre targeted by far-right activists. Many of its windows have been boarded up. Nearby pubs have closed and boarded up their windows too. I’ll be in Liverpool throughout the night
