The Pirkey coal plant in east Texas was demolished today, after years of @SierraClub advocacy. SWEPCO announced retirement for the plant back in 2020, but it finally came down today. One more TX coal plant down, 13 remaining. Go @BeyondCoal! kltv.com/video/2024/10/…
