@PaddyCunningham @WHOOP @WHOOP I just got hit with this too, I assumed the free band was either use it or it’s good marketing, I pay delivery regardless. Just got hit with a ridiculous bill for something I never even had time to take out the box.

@WHOOP are absolute cowboys. Promoting a free trial for 30days you pay delivery which is fine. But then also do a holding transaction on your card without clear notification for €115 Absolute cowboys - extremely unethical

Absolutely appalling lack of customer service from @VirginMediaIE - such incompetence, and inability to follow their own internal complaints process also is shocking. 2.5 weeks and zero ownership or attempt at a resolution. Avoidable escalation to regulatory authority

@CosgroveNessa @IrishRail Absolutely - thanks for your advocacy. Its the elderly folks and those with kids here I feel especially for. How @IrishRail think this is acceptable - for so long - is absolutely baffling. Even a vending machine would be progress

@IrishRail already 30 mins behind schedule on the Dublin to Sligo journey, and now told more delays. Whats worse however is that what will be almost a 4 hour journey and not so much as a bottle of water or tea to be got. Absolutely disgraceful. @CosgroveNessa
