Terrible loss. Another wasted defensive performance. Texans defense is elite in pretty much every area except red zone (a very important one 😂). Mills missed a ton of throws, could’ve easily thrown several INTs. Jamal Hill negating that touchback was extremely costly. Thinking a Davis Mills lead offense that hadn’t done a thing all game would suddenly drive it 50+ yards would do so in the final minute and go 3 and out and not drain any clock as a result was idiotic. Nick Caley remains the worst short yardage play caller in the NFL. I get OL is often overmatched, but not running qbs sneaks on 1 yard or less, running full back dives to a FB who’s 30lbs lighter than the average FB, not running PA from under center, running inside vs strength of defense instead of outside etc is inexcusable. Terrible, brutal loss with a massive wasted opportunity.
