@speakingabtpain @Jessica62528293 That’s so true! Unfortunately, not everyone has someone they CAN bring or would WANT to bring. If people in your life aren’t supportive of you taking meds, doing this can backfire in a big way even if you think bringing them will help them understand.

@lynseyDawn28 Only 1 Dr I've seen (out of many) even knew what it was. He was a sleep Dr, thrilled to finally have a patient who had experienced it. The others I told reacted like I was nuts!! Lol!

@lynseyDawn28 It has happened to me a few times. Always in light stage of sleep, sometimes with a bright flash of light. Inside head, eyes still closed.

My meds were changed & dose drastically reduced. I'm now mostly homebound. It's forcing ppl onto #disability #SuicideDue2Pain
