Constitutional One Avenue Facts‼️‼️ ▪️CDA leased 13.5 acre land for construction of 5 star hotel to M/S BNP for 4.8 billion. M/S BNP paid only 15% and started construction but contrary to agreement they built 263 flats instead of Hotel which is breach of contract. ▪️Till 2019 M/S BNP did not pay full lease amount. In 2019 Supreme court of Pakistan fixed the payable amount to Rs 17.5 bn. M/S BNP was to pay Rs 14.5 bn but till 2023 they didn’t pay anything so CDA cancelled the lease. ▪️Two days back on the orders of Islamabad High court, CDA along with Police protection went to the place and gave notice of vacation to the inmates. 🚨🚨This place is owned by the big fishes who always had believed they are untouchables but this time government took a stern step, this is the reason why all cats are out of box.
