@bobblehead2024 Depende siguro sa mother tongue. Like in Baguio/CAR. English became our 2nd language next to our regional language mainly because of the influence of d American missionaries. They were the first teachers to reach the mountains. Third is Ilocano, 4th lang ang Tagalog.
