@British_Airways about to get on flight to London city and 3 things … 1. While waiting at the gates a fellow passenger got a call to let her know her sister has died. She was in distress and I asked the only staff member around if she could help in anyway.

@British_Airways She did. And the staff member asked her what was wrong. She told her she’d just been told her sister had died. The staff member said sorry and left. I asked the staff member if she could do anything at all to help and she said no.
