@Ingrooves Hi. I received a copyright claim on one of my YouTube videos from you guys, but the song claimed isn’t the song I used in my video. The song in my video is from a different artist and I have the artist’s full written consent to use his music copyright free in my videos

@AmazonHelp This is so frustrating to try and reach someone at Amazon and not be able to do so. I expect a lot more from @amazon when it comes to customer service. I have a fairly large YouTube channel and take any security breach super seriously. I’m an Amazon Associate and needed help.

@AmazonHelp I seem to have been able to have changed my password and gain control again of my accounts thanks to two step verification with my mobile device. I would still like for Amazon to reach out to me so we can make sure everything is back to normal.

@AmazonHelp I tried doing a chat online with Amazon rep and the person did nothing to help. All she said was to call the phone number for customer service but when I call nobody answers. I tried calling 1-800-372-8066 and 1-888-280-4331 both don’t respond

@AmazonHelp Then, a second email from Amazon.in saying my email was changed. I tried calling Amazon Assiciates support but nobody responds to calls due to covid. Please help! I help Amazon sell millions of dollars of products yearly. I am super stressed.
