@Semfotopatrao @guedse @MomentsofBrazi1 Acho que depende muito dos grupos que você está, eu já ouvi falar que grupos que tem opiniões muito preconceituosas costumam ser banidos as vezes, mas tem que ser opiniões muito fora da curva. Para mim só aparece fanarts, biologia, dicas para vestibular e moda.

@aidenpryde @WindowsLatest @Microsoft I honestly don't think they care. Their profit is in Azure, Office, etc. Windows is just the platform where they showcase these services, which companies use without complaint. So the focus isn't on the home user.

@WindowsLatest I'm probably months away from dropping Windows entirely for Nobara or CachyOS @Microsoft. It starts with the tech enthusiasts, and then the normies follow.
You need to pivot back to the desktop and away from the cloud quickly or lose the desktop.

Microsoft denies rewriting Windows 11 using AI after an employee’s “one engineer, one month, one million lines of code” post on LinkedIn causes outrage.

Since this has Microsoft's attention, it's the right time to remind everyone about the lack of "native" code for UI-level features in Windows 11, as everything is moving to WebView2.
For example, in recent Windows 11 builds, Notification Center's Agenda view is built using WebView2, and you'll notice spike in web resources (Edge-related processes) when you open Notification Center.

Microsoft plans to eliminate every line of C and C++ from the company by 2030. This potential "rewrite" could dramatically change Windows 11. "Our strategy is to combine AI *and* Algorithms to rewrite Microsoft’s largest codebases," a Microsoft engineer noted. "Our North Star is “1 engineer, 1 month, 1 million lines of code”. Microsoft says it has built a powerful code processing infrastructure and an AI processing infrastructure that enables the company to apply AI agents, guided by algorithms, to make code modifications at scale. Microsoft plans to translate the largest C and C++ systems to Rust.

@WindowsLatest Microsoft cannot update more than a few features at once in one of its main products. The only way to revive the Windows name is for them to rebuild the core from the ground up.

This is the new modern 'Run' dialog on Windows 11, coming soon.
Modern Run is going to be an optional feature that needs to be turned on from Settings > System > Advanced.
This means the new modern Windows Run won't replace the legacy Run dialog... at least for now.
And since it's an optional feature inside the 'Advanced' settings page, we wonder if modern Run will eventually get new features...
