Ask myself the same question when they get scored on in the last minute of a period, last minute of a game, blow a four goal lead, etc. As strong as this team has looked this month, it hasn’t found consistency for a full season and when the pressure is on, they have cracked.

@stlsportsfan123 @PuckWatchingSTL I'm sorry, but these are good top 6 players, and aside from Thomas I don't think any of them are first liners on a cup team. The current core sadly is not good enough and lacks any star power; it's mediocre

As people in my replies point out, the fact that the Blues went on a run like this mainly propped up by young players that they will have control of for a while is very good I just think the value of a top 3 pick to this franchise's future specifically is absurdly high
