So @YouTubeCreators @YouTube for all the #canadian creators out there scared of ur new tax policy. Can we confirm Canadian creators are exempt from having taxes withheld given “under chapter 3 internal revenue code and income tax treaties” It would be labeled as copyright income?

This therefore would put the tax rate at 0% for Canadian creators? I’ve already confirmed this independently with my Canadian CPA. But since @YouTube gets to hold the money @YouTubeCreators is ultimately making this decision for us.
