क्या देश की राजधानी ऐसी होनी चाहिए? दिल्ली में देश-विदेश से लोग आते हैं। सोचिए, जब वे राजधानी का ऐसा हाल देखते होंगे, तो देश की कितनी बेइज्जती होती होगी? गलियों में सीवर ओवरफ्लो हो रहे हैं, सड़कों के किनारे गंदगी ही गंदगी है और अस्पतालों-स्कूलों के सामने कूड़े के ढेर लगे हैं.. इन लोगों ने 1 साल में दिल्ली का ऐसा हाल कर दिया है, तो 5 साल में क्या करेंगे?

कोर्ट के आदेश के बाद 4PM चैनल खुला। मोदी सरकार की एक बार फिर हार हुई। 85 लाख सब्सक्राइबर्स वाले 4PM नेशनल चैनल को दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट ने खोलने का आदेश दिया है। यह दूसरा मौका है जब मोदी सरकार ने चैनल को बैन किया। लेकिन दोनों ही बार सरकार बैन के पीछे कोई ठोस कारण हाई कोर्ट और सुप्रीम कोर्ट में नहीं रख सकी, जो कानून के हिसाब से सही हो। साफ तौर पर सरकार ने सिर्फ सच कहने और सवाल पूछने की वजह से 4PM को निशाना बनाने की कोशिश की। दबाव बनाया ताकि 4PM चुप हो जाए। लेकिन संपादक संजय शर्मा के पीछे हटने का सवाल ही नहीं था। तमाम तरह से दबाव बनाए जाने के बावजूद 4PM सच्चाई के साथ खड़ा रहा। और आखिर में एक बार फिर जीत हुई है।

हरियाणा की एक स्वतंत्र महिला पत्रकार के तीन वीडियो देखिए! पहली में मुख्यमंत्री सैनी उनका हाथ पकड़कर उनको काम करने से रोक रहे हैं. दूसरी वीडियो में वह महिला पत्रकार अपना गुस्सा जाहिर कर रही हैं. तीसरी वीडियो में तंत्र ने स्वतंत्र महिला पत्रकार को माफ़ी मांगने पर मजबूर कर दिया. समाचार समाप्त! स्वतंत्र पत्रकारिता समाप्त!

यह दृश्य कोलकाता के न्यू मार्केट का है। बुलडोज़र के साथ भाजपा के अराजकतावादी तत्व हैं। बुलडोज़र कई दुकानों की टीन शैड को तोड़ रहा है। मीडिया यह बताने में लगा है कि बंगाल कैसे ‘जीता’ गया, लेकिन यह नहीं दिखा रहा कि बंगाल में अराजकता फैल चुकी है।

आम आदमी पार्टी के जन-आंदोलन और कड़े संघर्ष से यूपी की 25 करोड़ जनता की जीत हुई है। आज यूपी की डबल इंजन सरकार प्रीपेड मीटर के मामले में झुकने को मजबूर हुई है। अंततः सरकार को झुकना पड़ा, यह यूपी की जनता और 'AAP' कार्यकर्ताओं की जीत है। जनता के लिए हमारा संघर्ष जारी रहेगा।

Additionally, several EVMs, despite having been used for the entire day of polling, arrived at counting centres with over 90 percent battery charge intact. Anyone who understands how these machines work knows what that means. It means they were tampered with. The Election Commission can continue feeding its selective leaks to Godi Media. Or it can accept this challenge, release the footage, and prove us wrong. We are waiting.

जिस दिल्ली और बंगाल को भाजपा 'मोदी वेव' की चरम सीमा पर नहीं जीत पाई.. 2015 में दिल्ली में और 2016 में बंगाल में इनकी 3-3 सीट आई.. उस दिल्ली और बंगाल को भाजपा ने तब जीत लिया जब मोदी जी की लोकप्रियता पूरे देश में पाताल में जा रही... कैसे?

अब क्या सत्ताधारी राजनीति को पाताल से भी नीचे ले जाएंगे। देश के राजनीतिक इतिहास का ये एक घनघोर ‘काला दिन’ है। आज पूरा देश आक्रोशित है और लोकतंत्र व्यथित। चुनावी व्यवस्था के नाम पर केंद्रीय बलों का जो दुरुपयोग मतगणना में आज बंगाल में हुआ है, ठीक वैसा ही घपला 2022 के यूपी विधानसभा चुनाव में अधिकांश जगह किया गया था, जिसकी साक्षात गवाह कन्नौज की विधानसभाएं थीं। फिर इसी निंदनीय मॉडल को फ़र्रुख़ाबाद के 2024 लोकसभा चुनाव में दोहराया गया था। सब जानते हैं क्या हुआ है और सच क्या है और जनमत की खुली लूट कैसे हुई है। घोर, घोर, घोर निंदनीय!!!

ये क्या हो रहा है इस देश में? ममता बनर्जी अभी भी बंगाल की मुख्यमंत्री हैं उनके ऊपर हमला हो रहा है, लात मारी जा रही है। मुझे लगता है BJP के ख़िलाफ़ पूरे देश में सड़क का संघर्ष तेज करना होगा। BJP की गुंडागर्दी का जवाब देना होगा। चुनाव हारने का ये मतलब नहीं की जीतने वाला हिंसा करे।

27 Lakh Voters were deleted in West Bengal. These were not 'dead people' or 'bangladeshis'. These were real people who had already appealed to get their votes restored. The Supreme court could’ve delayed the West Bengal elections until the tribunals finished hearing the appeals of these voters. But they didn’t. Only around 1607 voters were restored in time by phase 2 of these elections. Almost every appeal that was heard turned out to be a wrongful deletion. In any functional democracy, this would not count as a free and fair election where a large section of voters have lost their voting rights. I'm not saying that TMC would've won for sure if they were added back, maybe BJP would still win, but the question is about the fairness of these elections. Free and fair elections are a spectrum. Ever since Delhi-Maharashtra-Bihar-Bengal, this needle has moved more and more towards being unfair. Each time somehow the opposition parties participate as usual in the electoral process thinking that they can still pull of a win despite the compromised EC, ED, CBI etc. and each time they have been proven wrong after 2024 Lok Sabha. The question is, at what point will they feel that the level of unfairness is so unfair that elections should be boycotted? I personally feel TMC should have refused to participate in these elections until all those 27 lakh appeals were finished being heard.
