@PappaSciarappa I was pleasantly shocked when I asked admin for an assistant and they didn’t bat an eye Of course I laid out in detail all that I’ve been doing and how it wasn’t possible to maintain and sustain it but Still surprised at how they reacted to my ask. Praying you get help!!

We're officially starting the process of searching for a second youth minister to hire. Staff has been told, so I can talk about it now, and portal will open soon for applicants. Praise be to God on High!

102 Teens 12 College Students 15 Adult Volunteers 1 very happy tired Youth Minister. Our spring retreat was great. Please pray for our teens, that they continue to grow closer to Christ.

@catholicsparrow I lost mine on the last day of this weekend retreat. It does in fact make it much more difficult.

I’d never really considered the problem before, but a retreat is proving extremely difficult to lead without a voice.
