@Wowcher_Support I’m absolutely disgusted with your company I booked an overnight stay night stay in Belfast. Confirmation email received go to redeem dates have changed. Tried to sort this out but to no avail you simply let me down fuming
@Wowcher_Support kneed help with an issue. I booked an overnight stay for tomorrow night but couldn’t redeem it. When I eventually got through the booking had changed to July. Can someone pleases get in touch.

@TravelodgeUK can somebody please get in touch. Tried to use an e-voucher but was charged the full amount, no confirm button was displayed took payment immediately. Rang customer service straight away awaiting assistance. This was less than 24 hours ago.

After another fruitless morning going around in circles with Amazon 3 times being cut off, have now been asked to submit a 5th incident report given the same information. I am being blatantly fobbed off. Just saying this again, do not buy large Value so not worth the hassl
Anyone considering buying anything of value with Amazon please don’t. I have been waiting 10 weeks for a £650 refund being totally fobbed off. Nobody is taking accountability. I am left with no product and no money.
