Why is hyper-fractionation of Cyclophosphamide is done in some aggr. leukemia/lymphomas ? First tried in Burkitt's Lymphoma -pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/3491184/ -considering t1/2 of Cycloph. & doubling rate of Burkitt cells to maximize highest dose exposure of active metabolites to cells
