Caloric restriction (CR) slows aging in rodents. People who cut calories by 14% over 2 years had lower epigenetic ages of some tissues & inflammatory protein C3a, regardless of BMI. In mice, lowering C3a levels reduced inflammaging, especially in fat. Could be a new therapy 👏
