Humainement, @DiazCanelB est un dirigeant humble et sensible, à la conversation facile, passant son temps à chercher des solutions pour les Cubains. Son exposé de l'ampleur de la crise que traverse Cuba a autant ému les participants de la réunion que lui-même. Quelques éléments : 👉 Le manque d'énergie et de matériel médical pour les hôpitaux laisse 96.000 Cubains en attente d'une opération, dont 11.000 enfants. 👉 Les 100.000 tonnes de pétrole arrivées de Russie -après raffinement- ont commencé à être distribuées dans le pays, notamment dans les centrales électriques. Grâce à cela, il a annoncé le rétablissement presque total du courant la nuit dans les jours qui ont suivi son intervention, ce que nous avons effectivement constaté. 👉 Une partie des récoltes, maintenues en chambre froide, ont été perdues du fait des coupures totales de courant qu'a subi l'île. C'est notamment le cas pour les pommes de terre. Le blocus pétrolier oblige encore davantage l'agriculture cubaine à développer la production alimentaire sans pesticides ni intrants chimiques. Le gouvernement veut faciliter cela et le travail de la paysannerie en développant des nouveaux cadres normatifs plus souples. 👉 Le président reconnaît et dénonce les lenteurs parfois liées à la bureaucratie, mais il a insisté sur la volonté et le travail que son gouvernement mène pour corriger cela. 👉 Il a insisté sur le fait de replacer Cuba dans son contexte international, évoquant l'impérialisme se déchaînant contre le Venezuela et l'Iran. 👉 Il a remercié tous les actes de solidarité du monde envers Cuba, insistant et remerciant longuement la présidente du Mexique @Claudiashein pour l'aide extraordinaire qu'elle envoie au peuple cubain. 👉 Díaz-Canel a aussi évoqué la possibilité d'une invasion militaire états-unienne et -sans menace aucune- a insisté sur le fait que le peuple cubain est préparé et continue à se préparer à cette éventualité. Le pétrolier russe donne une respiration d'une dizaine de jours à Cuba, mais le blocus continue en réalité. Tant le blocus naval que le blocus historique. Cette rencontre a été possible dans le cadre du Ve Colloque international Patria, qui comptait sur des délégations venues du monde entier. On note notamment de grosses délégations venues du Mexique et du Venezuela. Plus il y aura de solidarité, plus il y aura de l'espoir pour Cuba et l'exemple de résistance que cette île donne au monde. Pour ce qui est de la solidarité française, nous avons manifesté notre admiration pour toutes les initiatives populaires qui sont en cours et -sans trop d'espoir- nous avons aussi exigé que cette solidarité s'exprime depuis le gouvernement français, lâchement passif face à la situation. Cuba résiste. ¡Viva Cuba!
