Texas AG Ken Paxton is SURGING in the Senate runoff against John Cornyn, despite the establishment dumping another $30-50 MILLION to protect a 24-year incumbent who has ZERO major accomplishments. This is on top of the $100 million spent earlier. Imagine how useful $150 million could be in defeating Democrats! Instead it was spent against a conservative Republican in a red state. Shameful. Paxton: "Incumbency is more important than the majority to them." Cornyn spent $100 MILLION in the primary just to squeak out a 42-41 win while Paxton spent only $5.8 million. Now they're burning even more cash that could have gone to flipping seats in North Carolina, Michigan, or Maine. This is the definition of establishment vs grassroots.

It appears that we’re not willing to do the hard work of using the filibuster properly—by making filibustering senators speak. That being the case, we should nuke the filibuster. Unless we change course, Senate Republicans will continue to be beholden to the whims of Democrats.

So, Senators say FISA is a MUST PASS bill. The House needs to have some balls and attach the SAVE America Act to the FISA Bill and when Senators cry they need to REFUSE to remove it. Let's see how badly they want FISA.
