I’d say they are chief (blue) and parietal (pink) cells of oxyntic mucosa glands

Topic of the day: Can non-small cell lung carcinomas co-express TTF-1 and p40/p63 in the same tumor cells? Short answer: yes. These rare primary lung tumors have been recently described. They do not qualify as adenosquamous carcinomas, as the components are not separated morphologically or immunohistochemically; however, they might still show focal glandular and squamous features. Limited research suggests these are clinically aggressive tumors that may still harbor targetable mutations. Performing molecular/biomarker studies is key for these patients. This is today's case, presenting as a carcinoma of unknown primary site. The biopsy is from a neck lymph node. Both lesions have the look of reactive bone separated by cellular stroma, but differ by the presence (Osteofibrous Dysplasia) or absence (Fibrous Dysplasia) of osteoblastic rimming. @MdTushir Ferruginous & asbestos bodies are not interchangeable. Ferruginous body is any fiber that gets iron deposits around, one can only call it asbestos body if the core is clear. So while an asbestos body is a ferruginous body, not all ferruginous bodies are asbestos bodies 🤓
