Person asks from 5 feet away, "How are you doing?" Me, "Good..."already past the person and now I have to pivot and say, "How are you?" Then they have to slow down to respond. No one should have to turn around in order to finish a greeting to a stranger. Just say hi and smile.

I complimented most of my office. And the dog just got complimented on not biting my arm. Not a terrible day.

Lady walking into the office at the same time as me got the first compliment. She was wearing some nice heels that will probably hurt bad at the end of the day, so to her, I applaud the commitment.
