NEW: A new report shows that Connecticut’s electricity bills have risen to the 2nd most expensive in the country! Gov. Lamont has repeatedly raised our public benefits charges and electric rates even more. In the Senate, I uncovered the public benefits charge, because the public has the right to know what they’re paying for. Now, I’m running for governor to end the charge and cut electricity bills by 20% for families: ✅Eliminate the Public Benefits Charge, which finances over 50 different discretionary government programs through out bills ✅Cut supply charges by cutting the RPS, which costs consumers hundreds of millions above the billion dollar public benefits charge ✅Bring new affordable energy into our state, even if I have to sue the state of New York for blocking it

Two bills, before the Public Health Committee, would take away more religious and medical freedoms. Another bill, before the Judiciary Committee, would constitute arguably the most radical pistol ban in the country. And a final bill, before the Education Committee, would intensely regulate home school and private school families in unprecedented ways in our state.
