Rhetorical and physical manifestations of anti-Semitism are directed toward Jewish or non-Jewish individuals and/or their property, toward Jewish community institutions and religious facilities." The documentation and public record of you and your Wife’s past and current, overt and blatant, hostility towards Jews, as well as discrimination expressed for other vulnerable minority groups often subjected to the same hostility. As Mayor of the city with the largest Jewish population behind Israel, the one Jewish state, you have a duty to ensure proper protection, infrastructure, and strategic planning is in place, as a public servant. While you reversed necessary and important protections already in place for the Jewish citizens you have the duty to serve, you also took an oath of office, pledging to faithfully discharge the duties to which you have been elected, appointed, or hired to execute, in accordance with the Constitution of the United States, the Constitution of the State of New York, and Charter of the City of New York. At this time you are in violation of your sworn oath of office. Neither a social media post, nor a speech behind a podium, shall be considered legally or morally sufficient as to your scope of responsibility as NYC Mayor. Formal complaints have been submitted to @HarmeetKDhillon and the Department of Civil Rights (@CivilRights) as to your neglect and abandonment of responsibility.
