Cognizant needs to lose their ability to hire ANY Visa worker, and all Indians on visas who work for them currently must be sent home - with their families. It’s ALL FRAUD.
AF Post@AFpost

The DoJ is suing Cognizant, long understood to be one of the most egregious abusers of the H-1B visa program and a funnel for Indian migration, for excluding Americans from tech jobs in favor of aforementioned Indians and other immigrants. Follow: @AFpost

This is the mainstream view of H-1B immigrants in America on temporary work visas. Even though he's on a TEMPORARY VISA, he should build a permanent life here and we should treat him like he's a permanent resident. Read and see the level of entitlement and arrogant expectation from Sam and the person for whom he's advocating. Be clear - this dude has no expectation of being treated like a permanent resident - none. But he expects all the privileges of being one.
Sam Peak@SpeakSamuel

This H-1B worker has lived in the US for nearly 20 years and built a family here. His mom was dying in India. To visit her, he would need to wait months to book a consular appointment--with the soonest one available likely being scheduled one year out. He made the difficult choice of not visiting his dying mom because leaving without an appointment would mean separation from his children, job, and his other obligations. Much of the commentary around immigration focuses on how such bureaucratic burdens undermine immigrants’ ability to contribute and innovate. But we must remember that this red tape also prevents these people from being fully engaged with their own lives and meaningfully present in the lives of others. This matters too, and these seemingly non-economic problems will eventually translate into economic costs. If America is no longer a place where people feel empowered to be the best versions of themselves as they celebrate, struggle, and grieve, it ceases not just being the land of opportunity, but also the land of dignity and purpose. linkedin.com/posts/gautam-d…

@SpeakSamuel Wait- How is that temporary worker to fill an employment gap? For Christ's sake we have 105 million working aged Americans displaced by foreign labor. Go home.

One simple law. Require every state licensure pathway for foreign-trained physicians to include full US-style residency completion or equivalent supervised US training. No provisional fast-tracks that bypass oversight. American patients deserve uniform standards regardless of where the degree was earned. The two-tier system ends here. Tag your representatives and tell them American doctors come first. Quote repost your observation.

If the pertussis vaccine doesn’t stop infection or transmission of whooping cough @SenatorAntic asked ATAGI why, then, are we forcing grandparents to have the vaccine before they can see their newly born grandchildren? @ChildrensHD @AaronSiriSG
Aaron Siri@AaronSiriSG

Bryan, getting “Tdap because Kate’s family has a newborn” is contrary to the evidence. This is because those vaccinated for pertussis are more likely to spread this pathogen. Why? Two reasons. First, those vaccinated are less likely to have symptoms if infected with the pertussis bacterium but the bacterium still multiplies in their nasopharynx and they then unknowingly spreading it to others (instead of showing symptoms and knowing to isolate). Not science fiction—the hard cold facts as detailed below. Second, and this makes the reality even worse, because after an unvaccinated person has been infected with pertussis (and is more likely to have symptoms and stay in bed) that person won’t get infected again for many years – but the vaccinated individual can become infected over, and over, and over again with the pertussis bacterium because of the defective immunity this vaccine generates. If you don’t agree with the foregoing, take it up with the FDA, industry scientists, infectious diseases societies, and the hard cold data and studies: - As the FDA explained in 2024: “aP [acellular pertussis] containing vaccines induce helper T cells (TH2) memory and neutralizing antibody responses that effectively prevent symptomatic disease but fail to prevent colonization and carriage.” fda.gov/media/181937/d… - As those considered the world's leading pertussis vaccine experts, pharma consultants, and infectious disease societies explained in a consensus paper on pertussis vaccine in 2019: “Natural infection evokes both mucosal and systemic immune responses, while aPVs [acellular pertussis vaccines] induce only a systemic immune response. … Mucosal immunity is essential to prevent colonization and transmission of B. pertussis organisms. - Consequently, preventive measures such as aPVs that do not induce a valid mucosal response can prevent disease but cannot avoid infection and transmission. … aPV pertussis vaccines do not prevent colonization. Consequently, they do not reduce the circulation of B. pertussis and do not exert any herd immunity effect.” pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/31333640/ They also explained that: “Lack of mucosal immune responses after aPV administration favor infection, persistent colonization, and transmission of the pathogen.” - Also see: pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/29180031/ (“That vaccination does not prevent B. pertussis infection in humans, nor the circulation of the organism in human populations in any important manner, comes from the observation that the inter-epidemic intervals have not changed in a major way since the implementation of mass vaccination.”); pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/30793754/ (“Because of linked-epitope suppression, all children who were primed by DTaP vaccines will be more susceptible to pertussis throughout their lifetimes, and there is no easy way to decrease this increased lifetime susceptibility.”) - For a detailed discussion with many more citations and irrefutable evidence, see Chapter 9 of my book, Vaccines, Amen. As for the rest of your post, appreciate your “Note” pointing out some of the potential confounders but there are more, including other confounders and data that reflect the reality may be the opposite of what these studies indicate. I appreciate, however, that you are trying to view them objectively. That said, I would welcome having you on my podcast to go through these studies and more!

Just eliminate the Office of the Surgeon General altogether. The Senate is so captured by Big Pharma that no one who tells the truth is confirmable. The militarization of public health has always been a problem. Decentralized medicine is the future so eliminate the figurehead.

Netflix required me to mail in my resume for a PERM-listed role. I sent it using an electronic certified mail service that documents every step with verified timestamps. They received it and never responded. The DOJ’s Immigrant and Employee Rights Section is doing important work and deserves credit, but investigations aren’t public until enforcement action is taken. If you’ve applied to Netflix and believe you weren’t fairly considered, it’s worth filing a charge. There’s always a chance they are already under investigation 😊

I wrote a brief essay explaining why this is very problematic for Vivek Ramaswamy. Hinduism doesn't reject Christianity by denying Christ directly. It absorbs him — assigning him to a subordinate status alongside other, higher gods. That's exactly what Ramaswamy is doing on the campaign trail. He isn't articulating the cavernous distinctions between Hinduism and Christianity, he's blurring the lines in ways that make them seem like negligible, semantic differences. 'A' son of god is not THE Son of God. And a man whose worldview functionally demotes Jesus Christ while elevating pagan Hindu gods is not equipped to conserve what matters most. Conservatism is only as good as what it's conserving. If you replace the root, the fruit cannot survive either. dmichaelclary.com/p/vivek-ramasw…

It's hard to accept Vivek as a conservative when he is incapable of conserving the very foundation of everything we need to conserve
