The hour long video is still live by the way
Figure@Figure_robot
Watch Helix's neural network do 60 minutes of uninterrupted logistics work Helix now incorporates touch and short-term memory and it's performance continuously improves over time
English

@Paul2020Tesla @adcock_brett @Tesla_Optimus But it can’t though
It can do it somewhat reliably (don’t ask Brett why he deleted the hour long video a while back) and veeeeery slowly, whereas Hans at DHL Leipzig facility can yeet packages from truck to belt at next day delivery speeds
These things will actively harm business
English

this is fully autonomous...the robot is reasoning from camera pixels and computing torque to control it's 30+ motors

Figure 03. Impressive. 🤖🦾🦿@adcock_brett
English

@metacryptecha @adcock_brett @chris_j_paxton @Sandbar101 We have barcode scanners on the bottom of belts as well so we can scan from underneath.
English

@adcock_brett @chris_j_paxton @Sandbar101 Why is Figure 03 flipping the packages upside down? Labels should be facing up so the next robot and/or person can scan or sort them into the correct bag or truck.
English

The speed here is actually really good

Truly amazing technology, thank you Jesus!

ALS has gradually taken away Kenneth’s ability to speak. Through Neuralink’s VOICE clinical trial, he’s exploring how a brain-computer interface designed to translate thought to speech could help restore autonomy in his daily life. Watch to learn more:

@Rec1pr0city @Benioff @adcock_brett Humans are feeding the machines at ups and usps. They may be dumping mail on a conveyor and then the camera does the rest. But I'm trying to get the robots to dump mail on the belt instead of humans.
English

@MaxRovensky @adcock_brett @Tesla_Optimus I have a feeling that the robots will improve in the years to come. They can also yeet packages from truck to belt lol. Hanz has to take a breath every 2 hours and can't work more than 12 hours a day. Hell, give Hanz a tablet and he can control 5 robots to do his job and others!
English

@MaxRovensky @adcock_brett I'm currently involved in that now, that's why I'm asking you. We are currently switching to the machines you posted. There is a new version put called the PILS but they still are loaded by humans... This figure robot or the @Tesla_Optimus can do that job flawlessly for cheap!!!
English

@Paul2020Tesla @adcock_brett Talk to your company about upgrading
English

@MaxRovensky @adcock_brett Where do you know that tech is being used? Humans are loading all of our package sorting machines at my company.
English

@Paul2020Tesla @adcock_brett Which has also been a solved problem for years
We can handle package chains remarkably well with much better tech than humanoid toys
English

@MaxRovensky @adcock_brett All you have to do is tell the robot not to flip packages over but to load them in a single file line... Boom saving $60k a year per robot...
English

@Paul2020Tesla @adcock_brett "bUT iT's fLiPpiNg tHe pAcKaGe sO tHe cOde iS faCiNg uPwArD" is a solved problem too, we have all direction scanners
Literally no part of a package handling chain needs or benefits from these toys

Max Rovensky@MaxRovensky
@Benioff @adcock_brett And unnecessary
English

@crgpgh @Benioff @chris_j_paxton @adcock_brett Because the million dollar package sorting machines were designed to be loaded by humans
English

@MaxRovensky @Fl1yngnightmare @Benioff @adcock_brett Humans are still loading the machine, you are ignoring that COST... You'd be surprised how much money can and will be saved by switching to humanoid robots.
English

@Fl1yngnightmare @Benioff @adcock_brett This is showing a 6 axis scaning belt that doesn't require flipping packages
Adding a few more cameras is cheaper, faster and more reliable than Brett's toy
English

@Rec1pr0city @Benioff @adcock_brett The package sorting machines need to be loaded... That cost a lot of money currently.
English

@Benioff @adcock_brett This is great but there are already very very good package sorting machines that can do this 10x faster. Show me something interesting.
English

@stephanvaningen @Benioff @adcock_brett @Tesla_Optimus doesn't want to show too much and give away its secrets. @tesla is being studied/copied by the world!
English

@Benioff @adcock_brett Not seeing any Optimus bots doing something like that. Only Optimus vids I see are operated robots(filling a cup of popcorn etc).
What am I missing from Tesla?
English

@Davidrejll @Benioff @alojoh @adcock_brett Actually this robot could be deployed nationwide with its current capabilities and be about 60% as fast as a human. The humans are making $60k+ a year doing this... I'd love to buy these robots and replace the humans 🤯 think of the salary savings!!
English

@MaxRovensky @adcock_brett Good thing the figure robot was built to feed this package sorter lol...
English

@mrbleu_11 @adcock_brett Scanner is below the belt, when the package is facing up and the camera is above the belt, there is light pollution. When scanning from below the image is nice and clean.
English

@adcock_brett Cool but why do they have a process that needs the labels flipped over.

Initial Super Heavy V3 and Starbase Pad 2 activation campaign complete, wrapping up several days of testing that loaded cryogenic fuel and oxidizer on a V3 vehicle for the first time. While the 10-engine static fire ended early due to a ground-side issue, we saw successful startup on all installed Raptor 3 engines. Next up: preparing the booster for a 33-engine static fire
