AI pricing is reaching the point where buying every engineer an M5 Max with 128GB RAM sounds like the financially responsible option

Pretty much everyone who is rich turns around and reinvests it almost instantly.

remember this if you feel behind in AI
- call 10 main street businesses no one knows what openclaw or hermes is, they just want their phone to ring
- ask your text group how they use AI, chatgpt free plan most basic prompts imaginable
- browse your Facebook or instagram feed, no talk of a “singularity” or AGI the opportunity is making this stuff approachable and work for the masses
find BORING industries to get the edge, there's plenty to go around
unless you are an AI researcher at a frontier lab or 1 of 1 at something this should be your focus

Excited to be speaking at @microsoft's internal conference PMCon tomorrow about how the PM role is totally different now compared to a year, even three months ago.
