@nwscug But you never take readings at mine on a monthly,do you such estimate?.Your guys come to take meter readings after months have passed and yet I get high monthly bills with disconnection threats just a few days after a text is sent

We have advised the landlord to fix the faulty ball valve as we continue monitoring the account for a lasting solution. NWSC only bills after taking a reading off your meter, in your home, for water consumed over a period of 30 days.

UPDATE: Last week, our valued customer Agather raised an issue of a high bill. Our team has been camped at the premises working with her and the landlord to identify the fault. #NWSCAt50 @NWSCMD
