People are concerned about paying their mortgage or rent, affording groceries and paying for gas, not about putting together a $1.8 billion fund for the President and his allies to pay whomever they wish with no legal precedent or accountability. This is adding to our national debt. If there needs to be a settlement, the administration should bring it to Congress to decide.

As a nation of immigrants, it is a reaffirmation of our heritage to have these citizens serve in government...

When citizens and noncitizens create ghettos which serve only one group this is the only remedy How could these things be antithetical to our constitution when it is a requirement to be president. Federalism gives more power for state governments than to the federal government. The argument doesn’t make sense.

For clarity. Tax cuts are not “spending bills” the assumption that the money ever belonged to government is socialist ideology. Everyone and that means billionaires too are entitled to the fruits of their labor as well as risk derived income. Thomas Massie also doesn’t understand the literal meaning of a hedge or he wouldn’t have voted against the building of a wall. He may be an intellectual but he doesn’t belong in government.

This is a very low information response, so I suppose the prior responses make sense now. Dig into your claim a bit. Test your bias. Massie votes against massive spending bills that increase the debt and cause devaluation of our currency. They can try to push a big $3T spending bill through and have one line about tax cuts and because he wants single issue bills without the pork, suddenly he’s “against tax cuts” or ICE or insert TV add claim here. It’s not too late to inform yourself. But you won’t because democrats bad.
