This incidence is from May 20th. No response received from Air India yet! They donot allow passengers with Star Alliance Gold status to check in at the counters that mention star alliance gold status is accepted! What a deep mess and that too in Delhi International airport

@airindiain Was at Air India counter in Delhi with Star Alliance Gold status and traveling in Economy. Was denied check in at Star Alliance counter stating it was for First Class only. Wonder why is Star Alliance Gold written then on the counter
