This is the brutal 2021 farm attack/murder of two elderly White South Africans, Duifie Oosthuizen (84) andTas (86). According to the Middelburg Observer report (Feb 7, 2021), the couple was ambushed outside their rental home on a smallholding in the Cilvale/Welbekend area near Bapsfontein (Mpumalanga). They were overpowered, tortured, and left in such a state that DNA testing was needed for identification. Their bodies were found after the house was set on fire (with blood evidence outside). The couple were family of a well-known Belfast electrician, Pikkie Steyn, who provided DNA. This was a horrific torture-and-burn murder of vulnerable elderly White victims.
