@GMB tell Wes streeting I sat at my local a & e with one side of my face swollen to twice it’s normal size, feeling utterly dreadful, repeatedly saying I thought I had sepsis for 5 hours. It was chaotic,dirty & poorly managed. After be insulted by a dr I left. My gp picked it up

Honestly why do some companies fall so short? What a disappointment @JoJoMamanBebe have been! V poor quality, the zen desk is anything but zen or maybe they’re so zen they forgot to reply? Then absolutely zero acknowledgement that they’ve embarrassed me & wasted 3 working hours

bought an expensive maternity shirt for my daughter’s b’day, it shrank to her elbows after first wash. I contacted your zen desk, twice, no reply. I phoned twice, no response, I was phoned back and offered a refund or same shirt in white. If I’d wanted white I’d have bought it

And now after doing exactly what you told us to do I receive this… saying in fact I don’t have a problem! Yeah right! 3 weeks locked out of my own email. What kind of a business are you running? Sort this out, it’s your one job

Still no access @Microsoft @microsofthelps work emails piling up unread, inaccessible, medical letters and tickets attached to emails out of reach! You need to fix this, as it’s now beyond a joke and beginning to seriously affect every aspect of my life. Had enough

@Microsoft so apparently @microsofthelps engineers are finally working on my blocked email account after three weeks, however the platitudes give me no time frame or information about how I’ll be informed once it is working! Not good enough! I need clarity now please

Again replied to @Microsoft @MicrosoftHelps on DM as requested with All Information as requested and still no email access! Come on! This is MY email, my time, my information…

So the saga of Microsoft (doesn’t) help continues…. They wanted DM, I gave them DM and yet three hours since I supplied everything they asked for and no reply, no reinstated email… my email, my data, my rights. Get it together @microsoft @MicrosoftHelps

Surely it is illegal and certainly morally questionable to lock me out of my own email with no reason or warning after 15 years? @Microsoft @microsofthelps why do you not have a customer service line where a real person helps me?

So got a message from @Microsoft @MicrosoftHelps and have replied but no response again! I am not techie, but with the help of my daughter have completed all of their help steps to recover my email of 15 years after it was blocked for no reason and yet still I do not have access

@MicrosoftHelps Yes I do, it’s been two weeks now, I have done everything you suggest and it doesn’t work. I am very distressed about this

Are @Microsoft @Outlook the worst company in the uk? I have been locked out of my email account for 2 weeks and cannot actually get to a person to help me. Furious doesn’t even cover it…. Obvs need gmail

@VioVet1 still no delivery! What on earth is going on? If you’re running a business that supplies among other things, food for animals you need to deliver on time… not happy at all

Why do companies not make their telephone number easily available? Infuriating for the pre tech client who simply wants to talk to a person! Cannot find @lanxshoes contact anywhere which is seriously putting me off my purchase 😤
