I am not impressed. I think this meta analysis can go directly to the waste bin. Waste of energy and it may lead to dangerous situations if doctors implement these findings in clinical practise. Not all clinically relevant answers can be found with systematic reviews. It is rather strange to conclude that perioperative oxygen administration cannot prevent complications.
