@VirginAtlantic not sure if these people will see this, but the morning of 2/1 I flew Heathrow to Boston Upperclass. There were 2 guys who tried to rescue a terrible arrival. 1 was on checkin and the other a guide. You have 2 excellent staff there couldn’t have done enough for me

@OCInsuranceUK good golly avoid this company at all costs. Sent me a renewal at well over the odds. I cancelled and they accepted that cancellation sending me the transcript. But now refuse the cancellation and are sending debt collectors. DO NOT USE

Extremely disappointed in @Grade_Mobile. Recommended by @sellmymobile They quoted £276 based on info provided (immaculate, good battery life 86%). Once I sent them the phone, this changed to £113 based on scratches that were NOT there when I sent the phone. 😡
