“since the Israeli authorities revoked the registration of MSF to work in Palestine, along with 37 other NGOs, on 3 December, 2025, we've been unable to get new supplies into Gaza. We are running out of filament, the essential material needed to create each customised mask.”
MSF International@MSF

In Gaza, MSF continues to treat an alarming number of patients with severe facial burns in our clinic in Gaza City. Among the most vulnerable are children, who make up 85 per cent of our current cohort of 88 active patients in the Gaza City clinic.   To prevent permanent disfigurement and disability, patients require specialised pressure therapy masks. Since 2020, MSF has been the only provider of 3D-printed physiotherapy masks in Gaza.   These masks apply consistent pressure to healing burns, preventing hypertrophic scarring and contractures that can impair breathing, movement, and facial function.   But since the Israeli authorities revoked the registration of MSF to work in Palestine, along with 37 other NGOs, on 3 December, 2025, we've been unable to get new supplies into Gaza. We are running out of filament, the essential material needed to create each customised mask.   At the same time, only two functioning 3D scanners remain in the entire Strip. Spare parts for printers are also blocked. We urge all relevant authorities to take immediate action to allow the delivery of essential medical supplies, equipment and spare parts into Gaza.

Amjad Al-Shawa: The threat of famine is once again looming over Gaza, as aid entering the Strip has sharply declined. Only about 200 trucks are allowed in each day, while the actual need exceeds 1,000 aid trucks daily.

The genocide in Gaza continues. Israel is a monstrosity
Drop Site@DropSiteNews

💢🇵🇸 MONDAY, APRIL 6 | GAZA An Israeli airstrike killed at least 10 people and wounded dozens outside a school housing displaced Palestinians in Maghazi refugee camp, central Gaza, after an Israel-backed armed group stormed the site and attempted to abduct people, according to Reuters and AP. Reuters put Monday’s total death toll at least 12. ▫️An elderly displaced woman sheltering at the school told AP that dozens of men stormed the site, forced children including girls into vehicles, and killed her son in the fighting. ▫️In the midst of the clashes, Israeli drones fired two missiles into the area. An anti-Hamas militia called Abu Nusseirah later claimed it killed five Hamas fighters there. The Israeli military did not issue a statement on the incident. ▫️In Gaza City’s Sheikh Radwan neighborhood, an Israeli strike hit a child on an electric bicycle and killed him. Footage shows his distraught father. Another Palestinian child was wounded. Israeli forces also killed one more Palestinian when they opened fire on a vehicle in central Gaza. ▫️Also Monday, Israeli forces killed WHO driver Majdi Aslan, 54, when they fired on his vehicle in eastern Khan Younis. WHO suspended all medical evacuations from Gaza via the Rafah crossing “until further notice.” More than 700 Palestinians have been killed in Gaza since the October “ceasefire,” according to Gaza’s Health Ministry.

The reality in Gaza remains bloody. A child loses his foot under bombardment, as if the ceasefire never existed. How long will this pain continue?

The miracle boy who doctors thought would die but Subhan Allah (with God’s grace), he survived. Yousef has an eye injury and he needs physical therapy for his back injury. Help build a medical point near Yousef: chuffed.org/project/149178… To get Yousef to the nearest hospital, it’s a 30-45 minute ride because he lives in Jabalia Camp, near the yellow line. His mother can’t afford to take him consistently and transport is a major issue in Jabalia. The Sameer Project did an assessment of the medical situation in Jabalia and found the 20,000 live in the area, without a single pharmacy or medical point. This is why we decided to set up a medical point to serve the steadfast people of Jabalia Camp! Donate today to Rebuild Gaza so we can raise $10,000 for a medical point in Jabalia: chuffed.org/project/149178… Other ways to donate include: paypal.me/mahertali (Paypal option, please make sure to add a message saying "Rebuild") account.venmo.com/u/Maher-Ali (Venmo option, please make sure to add a message saying “Rebuild")

‼️A black scorpion pulled from beneath his children's mattress, this is what a father in Gaza found inside his tent today. He holds it up in a cup, describing how centipedes, small snakes, and scorpions share the ground his children sleep on, with nothing between them and whatever crawls in from outside. "Where will we turn when I lose one of my children next time?" he asks, knowing this time he was lucky. This is the direct result of an Israeli occupation blockade that has kept construction materials, heavy equipment, and building supplies out of Gaza, leaving an entire population with no option but torn fabric between their children and the ground. Palestinians do not need tents. They need their homes rebuilt. But with the Israeli occupation refusing entry to the machinery and materials required to clear 8,500 martyrs still buried under rubble and reconstruct what was deliberately destroyed, a black scorpion under a child's mattress is not an accident. It is a policy. abu_rakan_gaza (IG)

New developments in Gaza in the IDF strategy there are flying under the radar. But they shouldn't be. The army is moving past the so called "yellow line" to sever the part of Gaza they have thus far not occupied by taking over the main lines of communication: 1) My friend Nizar today reported that when he approached Deir al-Balah: "I noticed something unusual at the beginning of the road… cars were turning back, there was noise, pale faces, and the sound of gunfire. Then I saw a tank on top of the hill, and I understood that the occupation was approaching Salah al-Din Street, possibly to close it or because there was an operation in the area. Gunfire was random, and drones were hovering in the sky." This has been confirmed to me by IDF sources. The army has taken over Salah al-Din Street, the most crucial artery in Gaza. 2) They are targeting aid convoys. He said, "here was also a vehicle belonging to an international health organization whose driver was killed, and it was carrying a foreign medical delegation." This has been confirmed. It was a WHO vehicle, and its driver Majdi Aslan as killed. 3) Salah al-Din Street is the primary north-south highway and the "spine" of the Gaza Strip. The takeover of this road has devastating consequences. This road is the only viable route for heavy aid trucks carrying large quantities of food and medical supplies like baby formula. By blocking it, the military has severed the connection between the aid entering from the south and the families in central and northern Gaza. It has shown it is willing to kill rather than allow essentials like baby formula to be delivered. 4) It also means that towns like Deir al-Balah are being turned into isolated pockets. When the artery is blocked, local markets cannot be restocked, which is why you are seeing prices become unbearably high and essential goods vanish. 5) Because of this development, the WHO has officially suspended all medical evacuations today because they can no longer guarantee safe passage on Salah al-Din Street. 6) While Israel claims there is no ban on formula, they have classified essential feeding supplies as "dual-use" items, causing them to be held indefinitely at crossings like Kerem Shalom. The combination of blocked roads, closed crossings (like Rafah today), and limited supply has created a man-made crisis where the cost of formula has skyrocketed. The most telling detail here is the dual-use classification of baby formula. It reveals the logic of the entire strategy: Israel is not using blunt force alone, it is using administrative and infrastructural mechanisms to achieve what a formal siege would achieve, while avoiding the legal and political exposure that a declared siege would bring. Controlling the road, classifying food as weapons, and closing crossings are individually deniable, but together they form a coherent system of starvation. The WHO suspension is the canary in the coal mine: when the international medical community concludes it can no longer operate safely, the humanitarian architecture that gives cover to the claim that "aid is allowed" has effectively collapsed. Israel is again starving Gaza to death under the cover of the Iran crisis.
Nizar_Gaza_🇵🇸@nizar_almasre

Today, after getting dressed and ready to travel to Deir al-Balah to buy baby formula, I noticed something unusual at the beginning of the road… cars were turning back, there was noise, pale faces, and the sound of gunfire. Then I saw a tank on top of the hill, and I understood that the occupation was approaching Salah al-Din Street, possibly to close it or because there was an operation in the area. Gunfire was random, and drones were hovering in the sky. I saw a car speeding by carrying about three injured people. There was also a vehicle belonging to an international health organization whose driver was killed, and it was carrying a foreign medical delegation. The situation was extremely dangerous and chaotic, so I returned to my place and waited for things to calm down. After the crossings were closed, prices have become unbearably high. One of the most scarce and expensive essentials is baby formula. Many families have told me that their children are in urgent need of it. Therefore, our new initiative will focus on providing baby formula for infants in Gaza. We will wait for two days until the situation improves, then I will try to travel and purchase as much as possible to distribute to families in need. I kindly ask anyone who can help not to hesitate to help the infants of Gaza. This is no longer a luxury, it is a matter of life🙏🫂 chuffed.org/project/149470 paypal.me/NizarAlmasre

Absolute disaster for Gaza. Following Israel's targeted assassination of their staff, the WHO has completely suspended the medical evacuation of patients to the Rafah crossing. Israel's terror tactics are successfully blocking life-saving medical care for innocent civilians.

The Greek government of @kmitsotakis has agreed to shell out $750 million to purchase a rocket launcher system from Israel’s murderous drone manufacturer, Elbit Systems. Greece is one of the world’s most indebted countries. Moreover, it is highly dependent on imported oil and gas. Its economy is being battered by soaring oil and gas prices resulting from Israel’s criminal war of aggression on Iran. So what does Greece’s traitorous government do? It decides to enrich Israel’s genocidal, military industrial complex by procuring overpriced Israeli weapons that Greece doesn’t need. #Greece

Absolute horror caught on camera. ABC News confirms armed Israeli settlers surrounded and executed two Palestinian brothers defending their olive groves from an illegal bulldozer. The victims were shot in the head and stomach while retreating. Pure terrorism exposed.
