After 8 nights of DSIP (Delta Sleep-Inducing Peptide) use, I do seem to be seeing some modest improvement in sleep. Looking at last night’s data, I was in fact awake less and in deep (“delta”) sleep more. I’ve seen similar improvements the last few nights.

@WSJ Retatrutide will become a house hold name like Ozempic. $NVO has “GGG” also is in its testing phase. But they seem late to the game.

@RegenRandy 1mg dose daily seems to be optimal also. That burst of energy before the gym is insane.

MOTS-c pushes mitochondria to work harder and burn fuel more efficiently. That’s great for metabolic health. But higher metabolic flux also means more reactive oxygen species. (Think of it like exhaust from your car’s tailpipe) Glutathione is the cell’s primary antioxidant defense. Run the engine harder. Upgrade the cooling system too. (And never run your car with your garage door closed) I've started doing 4mg+ MOTS-c dosing a few times a week, and I always pair it with 100mg of Glutathione to handle the increased exhaust.

A few things many should self-educate on. Ozempic GLP-1 slows your digestion and curbs appetite, causing your resting metabolic rate to crash. Once off it, you will consume more calories than your body needs even if you “eat less.” Retatrutide, a triple agonist, targets three receptors (GLP-1/GIP/Glucagon). The glucagon increases your calorie expenditure at rest, meaning you will burn more calories while having appetite suppression and feeling satiated longer. Titrate retatrutide up slowly by starting with 1 mg the first month and gradually increasing the dose until you are at 4-8 mg (3-6 months). Once you are at your desired physique, titrate back down slowly. The glucagon will still trigger your body to burn calories at rest, which will help counter high caloric surplus. Pair with resistance training and steady state cardio for optimal results. These are tools, not magic. Ditch Ozempic and Tirzepatide.

@drmarlonperalta Adderall is net negative to the brain due to amphetamines. Modafinil is a better alternative. NAD+ is also good if you don’t want to digest pharmaceuticals.

Adderall pushes you into overdrive. Retatrutide quiets the noise. One forces focus. The other clears what's blocking it. You end up focused. The way you get there couldn't be more different.

There’s only a couple peptides that can help to ‘reset’ your body, your mitochondria. MOTS-c is one of them, and another is SS-31. SS-31 is actually a drug in the United States approved by the FDA in 2025. So the naysayers saying ‘there’s no safety data on that peptide’ will be wrong about this one. Here’s a deep dive into SS-31: open.substack.com/pub/drjessemor…

MOTS-c might be the most slept on peptide lately Your mitochondria produce it every time you train - Activates AMPK - Shifts cells from fat storage to oxidation - Suppresses MYOSTATIN - Targets visceral fat extra Literally an endogenous recomp agent encoded in your mtDNA

Retatrutide creates this weird energy situation You'd think eating 1200 calories daily = zero energy But somehow I have MORE energy than before Week 8 tracking: Before Retatrutide (eating 2400 cals): - Groggy in mornings - Energy crash at 2 PM - Needed coffee 3x daily

Bryan Johnson reveals that most things people do for longevity are NOT working “To compensate for bad behavior, people will do a lot of different things like going to the gym, cold plunges, or red light therapy. Even though those things can be good, the higher-yield action is stopping the bad behavior” “People spend a lot of time doing stuff, and I would say save your time and money and don’t do a lot of things, because only a small number of things actually work. The biggest yield typically comes from behavioral change. If a person likes Skittles and just can’t help themselves from having a bag late at night, the biggest longevity therapy for that person is to stop eating that bag of Skittles every night”

Ghkcu has an abundance of clinical and case study data going back to the early 1970s Pickhart first noticed in the 1960s that Youngblood and rejuvenating effect when injected into older animals(this was rodents) He looked for a mechanism as to why In 1973 he isolated Ghkcu as the peptide responsible, it affects thousands of genes It's naturally found in human blood plasma at roughly 200 ng/mL in younger adults, but levels declining significantly with age His research was published for 5 decades and he started a skincare company in the 1980s (it still exists, Skin Biology) He also published book in 2017 Anyways, the stuff works
